Not necessarily. In the first step I look at what’s actually working, and if your logo has recognition worth keeping, we build around it. If it’s not pulling its weight, it goes.

I already have a logo. Do I have to bin it?

You don’t have to bin everything on day one. We plan the changeover upfront, so the most visible stuff gets updated first and the rest swaps over as you reorder. No skip bin required.

What happens to all my old signage and stock?

That’s normal. We agree who signs off before anything starts, and everyone gets their say at the BUILD Report and concept stages. Feedback comes back to me as one list, so nobody’s redesigning the logo in a group chat.

There’s more than one decision maker. How does sign-off work?

12-14 weeks, depending on the package. You get the timeline in writing before we start, and we work toward that.

How long does a rebrand take?

Rebrand packages start at $8k. Not sure you need one yet? There's a $500 [audit name] that tells you what’s working, what isn’t and whether a full rebrand is worth it and best of all that $500 comes off the top if you decide to move ahead.
