[ PHASE 01 // B - BUILD ]

Break It Down

You Get: 1. A breif Questionnaire to start (new business or rebrand version) 2. A diagnosis: what exists or is planned, whats broken, missing and what success looks like in 12-24 months. 3.A BUILD summary report you can read in one sitting.

Strip the brief down to its birthday suit, see what's working, what isn’t, and how the brand looks or will look.

[ PHASE 02 // U - BUILD ]

UNCOVER

You get: 1. A discovery chat. 2. Your brand story written back for you so we can check we're on the right path.

Dive into the ‘why’. Not the tidy, rehearsed speech you give strangers about it, but why this exists and the core values that guide why you do what you do each and every day. Aside from making a quid of course.

[ PHASE 03 // I - BUILD ]

IDENTIFY

You get: 1. Competitor research and SWOT (strengths, weaknesses,opportunities,threats) 2. Your positioning: who your for, why, and who its not for. 3. Three customer profiles. 4. The finished BUILD report to sign off before design starts.

Where does the brand need to sit? who it's for, why it's for them, and who it's not for and why. Who’s the competition, and what do they do well? Thats usually me stalking them on socials, crawling through every inch of their website and reading their google reviews, the good and the BAD!

[ PHASE 04 // L - BUILD ]

LAY OUT

You get: 1. Three moodboard directions to select one to continue developing. 2. The Identity system: logo, colour type etc. 3. Everything shown on applications. 4. Revisions dependant on package purchased.

Build the visual system, colour, type, hierarchy, logos, you name it! Everything is tried but not everything makes the cut. Always guided by what we found during the BUILD research stages.

[ PHASE 05 // D - BUILD ]

DIAL IN AND DELIVER

You get: 1. The file package inline with the package you purchased. Which usually includes: Brand guidelines PDF Full file package: EPS, PNG, SVG and PDF logos, colour and type specs, font licences where needed A plain-English handoff guide for non-designers The retainer offer

Dial in the assets, give it a polish, spend heaps of time making sure its perfect, like your dad taking care of his pride and joy - the Monaro. Then we see how they work on real-world applications across a number of touch points, menus, packaging, business cards etc. Deliver it with a plain language handoff document so everything stays consistent and you know what to do with it!
